Outdoor Writer, Specializing in Whitetails Brian’s primary focus remains in sharing his outdoor whitetail strategies in many hunting magazines. He recently contributed in many local and national publications. At a young age like most children, Brian loved to spend time exploring the outdoors. Growing up he looked up to outdoor writers such as Greg Miller and Gary Clancy. Finally he decided he too wanted to share with others what these legendary whitetail hunters did for him. Learning from the words of these experts he became driven to become a better hunter. He quickly learned that every day and season he spent in the field taught him a new lesson. These lessons are what he enjoys writing about. His words are brimming with wisdom while keeping a light hearted entertaining disposition. Speaker Along with writing, Brian also enjoys the opportunity to speak with others about whitetail hunting strategies. Each person he speaks with comes in with a different level of hunting experience. Having a vast whitetail hunting knowledge allows him to thoroughly explain whitetail behavior. He remembers what it was like when he struggled to kill whitetails. Since he has children of his own, he thoroughly enjoys working with young and new hunters. Not only are his seminars filled with information it’s also very entertaining. With a lifetime of experience, comes a lifetime of mistakes. Those mistakes are used to solidify what he knows. Today Field Notes is an outdoor newsletter which provides you an opportunity to learn more about whitetail & walleye strategies.
